The issuer-specific workspace is pending configuration, so links currently open the generic Cash Flow Portal login.Source: Public whitelist · destinations

Does the fund hold resident or medical information?

No. The fund is a landlord. Resident and clinical records belong with authorized operators and providers. Fund reporting is designed to use aggregate, de-identified tenant metrics.Source: Research edition 1.0 · regulatory watch

Why Arizona?

The research identifies a growing Phoenix metropolitan population, diversified employment and an established recovery ecosystem, with a state licensing framework for sober-living homes. Each property still must prove lawful capacity, value and tenant cash collections.Source: Research edition 1.0 · overview

Can I sell or lease a property to the fund?

You can submit a property or tenant-organization inquiry. Submissions are reviewed by people; nothing on this site is an offer to buy or lease, and no resident information should be shared.Source: Operators routes
